WHAT IS SCALP MICROPIGMINTATION ?

Effective, Non-Surgical Hair Loss Solution

Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP) is fast becoming one of the most sought-after treatments in the hair loss industry.

SMP is a form of aesthetic tattooing where thousands of tiny dots are implanted into the dermal layer of the skin to replicate hair follicles using specialist precision needles.

SMP is a non-invasive, non-surgical treatment which gives instant results minimising the appearance of baldness and hair loss.

RANGE OF TREATMENTS FOR MEN AND WOMEN

SMP is suitable for both male and female clients and can provide the solution to many forms of hair loss:  adding density to thinning hair, recreating hairlines for males experiencing male pattern baldness where hair transplant is not an option, receding hairlines, crown hair loss, scar camouflage, concealing burns, birthmarks and all forms of alopecia.

SMP is a multi-stage process usually carried out over three to four sessions taking approximately six to eight weeks.

SMP is a form of permanent tattoo however it will lighten over time and will require a colour boost usually around three to five years after completion of the treatment depending on the individual, the individual’s lifestyle, exposure to sunlight, medication and other factors.  This colour boost will normally require just one session.

WE ARE ALWAYS 100% HONEST WITH OUR CLIENTS.

Scalp micropigmentation is a completely flexible solution to hair loss and prior to your treatment, we’ll provide a full consultation to determine exactly what you would like to achieve.

We are always 100% honest and if we believe that SMP is not the right solution for you, or if what you want to achieve isn’t possible we will let you know.

The hairline is one of the most important parts of planning your treatment and we will spend as long as it takes drawing it on and perfecting it before the start of the treatment.

Just like at the hairdresser or barber, the style of your treatment is completely tailored to your requirements and the technique, pigment and application can be adapted to create variations.
